Summary: When dragging / moving a window, the inversely dotted
                    border doesn't get removed properly.
           Product: ReactOS
           Version: TRUNK
          Platform: x86 Hardware
        OS/Version: ReactOS
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Other
        AssignedTo: ros-bugs at reactos.org
        ReportedBy: congruwer at yahoo.co.uk
         QAContact: ros-bugs at reactos.org

Created an attachment (id=6587)
 --> (http://www.reactos.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=6587)
What it looks like.

Revision: 52857
VM: VirtualBox
Window drag setting: outline (not full window drag)
Monitor type and adapter type are both listed as <unknown>.
1) Open for example the explorer.
2) (Optionally) Open a dialogue, like the about box.
3) Drag the window a few times from left to right.
Soon the screen looks like the attachment.
Workaround: enable full window drag, although that is a bit painful on a
virtual machine.
