Between parenthesis you always see the size in bytes, what you see before the
parenthesis depends on the size of the file:

file size: 157 bytes
File properties: 157 bytes (157 bytes)

file size: 52,5KB
File properties: 52,5KB (53760 bytes)

file size:  5,84MB
File properties: 5,84MB (6.131.172 bytes)

etc.
