If the additional test failure is present for over 20 revisions, one should
admit its not a fluke or unconnected event. Alas it might not be evident, but
its hard to dispute that revision 51511 caused this failure. The question is,
what to do next? Shall we ignore it and act like nothing happenend here? Leave
it be for someone in the future to fix it?

Precisely, how did this patch break that test in this revision?
