Counting the assertion hits again the assertion and if I count it several
times, it ends showing a yellow PostIt in desktop, but the Tray-Menu is still
not properly shown.
Seems that the assertion is related to the PostIt creation as it is mainly a
richedit control.
#3 I'll try to find it and add a link here.

I thought this app could help to fix both bugs as it is an "easy" WinAPI one
with source code available :)
