Fix for this bug

This patch is a sync with libxml2-2.7.8.
It includes the fix for this bug, as described in a previous comment.
I also deleted some files generated by autotools: in this manner, this patch is
less than half in size and, although they are useless for ReactOS, they can be
re-generated at any time if you want.
