Accents.exe
It is a little app to apply accents easily.
Press a key three times or more to apply accents.

1)Download from:
http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Skrommel/Accents/Accents.exe

2)Just copy in any folder(don't execute it from the D: drive as it needs to
create an .ini file)

3)Run it. A tray icon will be created

4)Open notepad. Hit 3 times the letter "a"
5)When hitting 3 times, the 3 "a"s will dissapear and an "accented A" should
appear.

The 3"a"s dissapears, but the special "a" doesnt appear.
