2)Copy in any folder
3)Run it
4)By default it adds a toolbar to Notepad.exe (you can create new-customizable
toolbars for any other app too)
5)BUG: In ReactOS, notepad.exe doesnt have a toolbar created.
In Windows XP and Vista it has.
