In the case of "Standard PCI to ISA bridge", "Device status" field shows a text
"No drivers are installed for this device", and there is no "Driver" tab.

Windows XP has "Driver" tab; when pressing "Driver Details..." button, it shows
"No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device." message.
