jpeg, gif, tiff, and png are missing.
In Windows 2000 ms paint only supported bmp formats unless you installed
Office, which installed graphic filters (.flt) that allowed ms paint
export/import in other formats. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/230902 for
some details.
In Windows XP paint supported more formats without the need of extra software.
