Don't know if it's related or not, but, when you try to install IrfanView 4.23
(http://www.oldapps.com/irfanview.php?old_irfanview=26), it will complain about
missing MFC dlls, after clicking ok (program closes) you still see it under
taskmanager and kdbg proc list
