Tested with VBox 4.0.6 and rev. 51644. This issue was regress-tested to rev.
50074 - urlmon winesync to ver 1.3.9. To replicate, run any of jre offline
installers between versions 6.23 and 6.25. Exception will be thrown right at
startup, before any startup screen. Debug log (firstchance) with backtrace
attached.
