Yes, and this is the only VarSetCapacity before line 160. Which is:
 
hIcon:=DllCall("Shell32\ExtractAssociatedIconA",UInt,0,Str,FileName,UShortP,iIndex)

And is obviously failing. Not sure why, this is some kind of scripting
language, not C. Perhaps a debugger would tell more, if it be working.
