This is not a bug in devmgmt but the result of a missing (not loaded),
incomplete or buggy ACPI driver. The processors (and other devices) are not
listed by devmgmt because their (bus) drivers do not create the required keys
and values in the registry (HKLM\System\CurrentcontrolSet\Enum\...). Therefore
devmgmt cannot find and display these devices. BTW, the same applies to unknown
devices which are not listed by devmgmt.
