I confirm the problem, tested on bootcd-51658-dbg but it happens by some months
to me.

On VirtualBox 4.x:
During 1^ stage setup, it hangs if I do a full format. If I do a quick format,
it passes that point, it installs the files and then it hangs again. Disabling
CPU acceleration for VT-X/AMD-V and its options does not make differences. I
also tried to disable all hardware emulation, no ethernet, no sound, etc,
without getting any improvement. Skipping the format does not help, it always
hangs when importing hivesys.inf.

On VirtualBox 3.2.12:
The first stage setup is completed without any error.
When entering in the second stage setup, a dialog box appears with the famous
memory error. No chances to advance over this point, everything seems dead.

On VirtualBox 2.2.4
Both first and second stages setups are completed without errors.
I did a final reboot and ReactOS started successfully.
No problems found in this configuration.
