This regression was tested on VBox 4.0.6, using revision 51714. It was
regress-tested to rev. 50934: [Win32k|User32]
- Use User32 GetWindowRgnBox, still passing both wine msg SetWindowRgn and win
winregion tests, see bug 5959

Since that revision, the menu is drawn only partially, lower right quarter, as
you can see on screenshot attached. Assigning bug to James.
