Debug log loading NDIS 5.1 Rtl8169 driver

Attempting to load the Windows XP NDIS 5.1 Rtl8169 driver on real hardware with
a PCI Rtl8169 based network card results in a crash. 

Tested on build 54348. Realtek 10/100/1000 NDIS 5.1 Driver version is
"5,649,0615,2006"
