Debug log loading driver for CM8738

Tested loading the drivers on the following cards: 
CM3738 based sound card - c-media driver version 5.12.18
VIA1723 based sound card - via driver version 5.12.01.3654

They both crash while loading the driver. Logs from both end with the the
error: 
"Assertion 'BitNumber <= BitMapHeader->SizeOfBitMap' failed"

As such, I am assuming they are suffering from the same bug. 

The tested version of reactos is from the downloaded bootcd-54373-dbgwin.7z.
