Possible alternative 8-bit spectrum

This second image is sent as a possible alternative to my first attachment. The
first attachment was captured and edited in GIMP by changing the color mode to
index and limiting the colors to 12 colors. The second attachment was captured
when ReactOS was in 256 color mode looking at the 16-bit color spectrum (this
was all captured from VBox). I attached the second one because it looks exactly
the same as what the 16-bit spectrum looks like in 256 color mode, giving a
sense of continuity between the 8-bit spectrum and the 16-bit spectrum while in
256 color mode.

The patch included in the zip file should still apply, so the attachment hasn't
been made obsolete. All that needs to be done is to remove the "_alt" from the
new bitmap before compiling.
