Swedish_for_mspaint_r0002.patch

This time I copied the en-US.rc file and used it as a template for my sv-SE.rc
file instead of using the Norwegian rc file.

Then I translated the entire file one more time from scratch.
There are only 3 lines that I haven't translated and left in English by adding
??? in front of them.

This is because I didn't understand the action and behavior so I wanted to
avoid confusing the words by using google translate blindly.

And since there's no other Swedish guys around that I can discuss with this
will probably remain untranslated for many months.
