Could you try HEAD again which has some recent debugging additions? Go ahead
and turn off debugging output from pnpmgr and i8042prt as the problems aren't
in those. Keep debugging on in driver.c. We should be ok not enabling debugging
in ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/sysldr.c because the new debugging stuff will print anyway
and should give a good idea of where it goes wrong during loading.
