Memory requirements per phase per release

The Installation Guide at ReactOS Wiki mentions some minimal requirements,
including the claim of needing only 32 MB (or 48MB for debug builds).
As the attached document (and forum topic) will show, this requirement hasn't
entirely been accurate. 

Should the requirements be updated or should the codebase match the documented
requirements?
