patch file with translation for netid and vmwinst

Romanian translation for "netid", new attempt for "vmwinst".

In case of problems occurring at compiling the new build, please provide some
more info. For "vmwinst" I couldn't find anything significant in the #6442 bug
files, and it compiled on my machine, even after switching the system from
romanian configuration to US english one (if that would somehow mater).
