I did not text to see if explorer_new loaded at startup, but I did rename it to
explorer.exe.

Note that if you kill explorer.exe and run explorer_new.exe, double-clicking on
a folder launches the folder using explorer.exe (not explorer_new.exe).

-Shows icons on desktop; command prompt icon opens command prompt, other files
launch normally, but folders will not launch (can't browse anything).
-Can't open start menu
-Clock displays H:MM: (no seconds, but shows the colon after the minutes)
-Right click Taskbar->Properties works
-Open programs aren't shown in taskbar
-Right-clicking on time doesn't show any date changing options

The regular explorer is about 8 times larger than explorer_new, is it just that
a lot of stuff hasn't been implemented?

Which shell is actually being worked on the most? Should bugs be filed against
explorer-old?
