Usurp noticed that the image i tried was not correct. Running chkdsk revealed
the following:

Windows is verifying files and folders...
Removing nonvalid long folder entry from \...
File and folder verification is complete.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.

Fixing it made the issue disappear. On the other hand, Win2k3 didnt crash
because of this error, moreover, it was able to copy files from that floppy
image without problems.
