This is because our media detection doesn't work on VMs since it uses the LED
programming for doing media state detection. We just keep filling the circular
buffer expecting the NIC to take some data but it never does because it's
disconnected. The other bug is with NDIS requeuing packets before they're ready
which causes the infinite loop. NDIS work item queuing is on my rewrite list
for 0.4.0 so changing the target accordingly.
