Tested on R54132

Install ROS, activate the Theme Service, download and install the theme.

If you choose the theme and click on apply the desktop color changes to the
themes one, but after finish applying the theme, which needs several seconds,
it has the standard blue again.

I tested with lautus and Thallos.
