Still here, in the latest r54183.

How to reproduce:
1) Get livecd-54183-dbg.iso.
2) Rename/remove vgamp.sys to bypass VGA driver problems.
3) Boot.
4) Go to Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel.
5) Get "unknown Exception: 0x80004005", as depicted on the screenshot in
comment #5.

Then another bug:
6) Push "OK" 2 times.
7) Push "NT Obj"
8) Double-click on "??".
9) Double-click on "C:".
10) Click right mouse button on "freeldr.ini"
11) Get "unknown Exception: 0x80070002", as depicted on the screenshot in
comment #7.
