Broken in r52761 by Alex' winesync. Wine doesn't prepend \registry\ to any
registry path so don't know how to fix this without breaking the sync. Should I
commit this along with a ros.diff or is there a better way.

Also even with this patch you won't get desired results as GetGeoInfo got
unimplented in the same revision. We can bring the old implementation back at
least for the release though.
