Originally reported in bug 6541. (It happens both with BootCD and LiveCD.) To
reproduce:

1. Open Explorer window.
2. Push "NT Obj" button.
3. Open "??" folder.
4. Open "C:" folder.
5. Click the right mouse button on the "freeldr.ini" item.
