Binary that includes above patch

Since some other people have been reporting similar problems, I am attaching a
custom compiled version of UniATA that includes the above patch that people can
try. 

pbreneman, I would be interested to know if this version makes the drive
accessible on your hardware. (I'm also seeing a second bug with the same
effect, but it is more complicated - something interrupt related)
