Sadly, yes, it is. I've also come to notice this issue on other apps, like Task
Manager. The Task Manager status bar in the picture attached had to display
"Afiseaza aplicatii..." - missing diacritics 's' (with comma), 'a' (with
breve), and 't' (with comma).
