There are a couple red herrings in my original report.  The two commandline
attempts in the original report should be ignored due to errors on my part. 
Although I would not have made those errors if the README.txt were more
complete.  I suggest adding this to the README.txt:

"To import the VM, run: 

  VBoxManage createvm -register -name vm_name_of_choice -settingsfile
ReactOS.ovf"

Although that command worked, the vm still failed, but this is due to me
running an outdated version of vbox.
