correction for rapps, sndrec32

Translations for mmc, appwiz, liccpa, deskadp, deskmon, and slayer
"mmc" is a missed patch from the bug 6432
I found no way of testing "liccpa" and "slayer"

Changes in romanian resources inflicted by changes in their english resource
references: "rapps" (r53441), "sndrec32" (r53414)
