Confirmed fixed for my bootdisk. 
* bootsector style works
* chain.c32 style fails (I'm not sure of loading address and how to specify it)
* multiboot-style works for uncompressed FreeLDR
* multiboot-style works for Gzip-compressed FreeLDR
 (decoder in GRUB/Mboot, 181 KB free space gain on floppy)

Following scenario still fails though:
1) install ROS from CD to harddisk, skip bootloader install to harddisk
2) boot from floppy in Multiboot-style (GRUB/Mboot.c32)
(not sure if specifying ROOT set to fd0 would suffice to find freeldr.ini on
fd0)

Would you like me to file this as:
1) feature request (multiboot-style reading config file from drive it booted
from)
2) enhancement (same)
3) bug (due to above failing scenario)
4) in this bugreport
5) in a new bugreport

Otherwise, close this one as solved.
Thanks very much.

I've not verified if ReactOS Setup creates a booting diskette. Someguy
mentioned a byte-error there.
