Download AutoHotKey (v1.0.48.05).
Open Notepad.
Open AutoScriptWriter and hit Record.
Type "Hello, ReactOS." and hit Stop.
You will see:
Send, {SHIFTDOWN}hheelllloo, , {SPACE}{SPACE}rreeaaccttooss..
Every letter is doubled. And it never receives {SHIFTUP}
