Before Ctrl+Z

The image I use is
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/reactos/ReactOS-0.3.14-REL-vbox.zip

1. Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe)
2. Type "ftp"
3. Press Ctrl+Z then Enter
4. Infinite loop

I think Ctrl+Z should mean EOF in my situation.
The ftp prompt should exit normally.
