There's one mistake: /OUT:${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/importlibs/oldnames.lib
the library should go into the output folder.

Btw, where does the problem with conflict appear? Can you paste the error
message, please?
It might be worth to investigate why our oldnames is incompatible with MS
oldnames. Maybe we can fix that instead.
