Problem starts with revision 56039 by sir_richard: [NTOS]: Use ARM3 sections
for the NLS mapping -- excercises both the system mapping as well as the
per-process mapping. WorksForMe(c). Hopefully things will be better than last
time now, and their usage can increase.

Opening cmd.exe in olly results in: Assertion 'Vad->u.VadFlags.PrivateMemory'
failed at P:\Trunk_slave\x86_CMake\build\ntoskrnl\mm\ARM3\virtual.c line 1434
