Next behavior switch is at revision 56290 by sir_richard: [NTOS]: Support
getting the protection mask for other kinds of VADs in NtQueryVirtualMemory,
instead of an ASSERT.

Opening cmd.exe in olly results in: WARNING:  MiGetPageProtection at
..\..\ntoskrnl\mm\ARM3\virtual.c:1117 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
