Print Update #4

Includes the following changes:
* All instances of IDS_ERROR_BADCMD has been removed since they are no longer
needed.
* An error message has been removed from the print code. Not only were the
strings in the message box hard-coded, but every time the print dialog showed
up and then the user pressed cancel, it would show up, despite the fact that
printers were found.

TODO:
* Find a way to properly implement Display_DrawText() properly when printing
out the text without it crashing the program.
* Replace the quit button with an install button. The quit button is redundant
to the close button on the window, and having an install button would give
users a more mainstream way to install fonts without having to cut/paste into
the Fonts folder.
