Fontview update

Changes made:
* The program now has information such as the file description added.
* The Quit button has been changed to Install since the Quit button was
redundant. Using the Install button also better conforms to the features
expected from the Windows version of fontview. The Install button doesn't do
anything at this moment except to tell the use that the tool is unimplemented.
* When opening a font via the Open Dialog, I forgot to free the HLOCAL
dialogTitle variable after using it.
