Do you have steps that can reproduce this from a fresh install? Or at least can
you post approximately what you were doing before the corruption happened?

I have a hunch you may be right and there may still be an issue. On my first
re-test I saw some file system corruption but I could not recreate it even
after a pile of additional reloading and testing. At the time I thought it was
just me and perhaps I had forgotten to clean something up - but perhaps not. 

BTW: I forgot HTO submitted this bug and not me. I had reported it on the
forums.
