PATCH: shell32: improve drive properties dialog

Some controls are at exactly the same position as they are in win2k3 drive
properties;
Removed edit controls where it shows size in gigabytes;
Show gigabytes and bytes in one control;
Increased size of all controls to fit all language strings. Control sizes
should be long enough;
Where it was possible, I used "&" near "D" letter for pushbutton for "Disk
cleanup" for better compatibility;
