Win2k3 for "Properties for System" processor information reads from registry:
HARDWARE\\DESCRIPTION\\System\\CentralProcessor\\0
The same for ReactOS system properties. Win2k3 device manager processor
information gets from some other place, because when I changed data, it changed
in system properties, but not in device manager. 
I changed data, rebooted and Win2k3 changed information back.
