On the ReactOS setup wizard, I get passed the part of downloading Wine Gecko,
but it stays at Registering components... mshtml.dll.

Here is some of the output (which seems to have repeated itself over and over
for many megabytes):
(ntoskrnl/cc/copy.c:408) ReadCacheSegmentChain failed, Status c000000d
