The "mshtml hang" is a memory manager issue and has been reported in bug #5857.
The freeloader issue should be due to corruption with abnormal shutdown.

To bypass the issue, you may try using version 3.2 or lower. You may also
enable
virtual extensions in BIOS and enable vt-x as well as nested paging in vbov
settings given that your CPU supports virtualization.
