So, there is the thing:
in Windows
SystemParametersInfo(SPI_GETMOUSESPEED/SPI_SETOUSESPEED...) reads/writes data
from/to MouseSensitivity. In ReactOS it is MouseSpeed. So, it uses wrong
registry strings. Use attached application to test.
