the patch for shlwapi

"byte" notion is used in English and many other languages, but not everywhere.
The attached patch pulls out the hard-coded "B" (for byte) into the language
strings resources.
For a better ISU compliance, use "k" (for metric system prefix "kilo") instead
of "K".
