dbglog 1st and 2nd stage

(Sorry, i think i've alrady seen a reported bug about this but can't find it,
so i'm starting a new one.)

Board: Asus P2B-DS, 2xPentium 700. 
Revision: bootcd-56211-dbg

At least i could finish 2nd stage with keyboard, didn't try to start 3rd stage
as it's useless without mouse.
