I think I may have forgotten to transcribe one of the most important error
message:
(...\io\iomgr\driver.c:1579) '\Driver\BUSLOGIC' initialization failed,
status (oxc00000c0)

which would be STATUS_DEVICE_DOES_NOT_EXIST

Now, just by the name, I would not be too surprised to learn that PCI.SYS,
depends on BUSLOGIC,SYS, and not too surprised to learn that they communicate
through registry keys. So, it might be not too surprising if PCI.SYS fail to
load if BUSLOGIC failed to load.
